Position Overview
The PR/Executive Assistant will play a key role in supporting the agency’s day-to-day operations while elevating our public image and community engagement. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, and comfortable juggling administrative tasks with marketing and PR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Public Relations & Marketing Support
- Draft social media posts, press releases, community announcements, and branded communications.
- Maintain the company’s online presence (website updates, listing highlights, event posts, etc.).
- Assist with creating promotional materials, newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate community outreach efforts, sponsorships, and PR opportunities.
- Support planning and execution of client events, open houses, and community gatherings.
Executive & Administrative Support
- Provide high-level administrative assistance to agency leadership.
- Manage calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and client-facing documents.
- Handle incoming communications, calls, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Assist with project tracking, task management, and operational follow-up.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in PR, marketing, communications, or executive support (real estate experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic graphic or content creation tools.
- Professional presence and ability to represent the company brand positively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be local to the Grosse Pointe/Detroit area and able to work on-site when needed.
